Ultra Zen Privacy Policy

Ultra Zen by Atoms is coming soon. This policy describes the features planned for the app: guided meditation, breathing practices, living artwork, local practice history and optional Apple Health integration. We will update this page if the release changes how information is handled.
Your practice on your device
Ultra Zen uses your chosen settings, saved favourites and completed-practice history to personalise the experience on your device. If you add a first name, the app uses it for a personal welcome. Adding a name is optional.
Spoken guidance is generated on your device from original authored practice text. Bundled artwork and audio allow core practices to work offline.
Apple Health
On supported devices, you can choose to allow Ultra Zen to save practice time as Mindful Minutes in Apple Health. This requires your permission. You can use the app and keep local completion history without connecting Apple Health.
You can review or revoke Health permissions in your device’s Health or Settings app. Revoking permission stops future authorised writes; entries already saved in Apple Health are managed separately in Apple Health.
Apple Watch
If you choose to send a prepared Focus or Imagine session from iPhone to Apple Watch, the recording is transferred to your Watch for playback, including offline listening. Watch features also include bundled recordings, breathing cues and haptics.
Information you share with support
If you contact Atoms through the website or by email, we receive information you choose to share, such as your name, email address and message. Please share only the details needed for your request.
How we use and share support information
We use your message to respond to your request and provide support. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers that operate our website or support inbox may process information as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users or services.
Retention and your choices
We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed to address your request, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have shared with support, subject to applicable law.
You can change your personal welcome, favourites and preferences in the app, and manage Apple Health permissions separately on your device.

This policy describes Ultra Zen. Visiting the Atoms website is separate from using the app; website hosting and analytics services may process information about your visit.
